QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an Automotive Technology course or related field.
- National Certificate Level II (NC II) in Automotive Servicing is required.
- At least two (2) years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive air-conditioning and HVAC systems
- Install compressors, evaporators, condensers, motors, switches, and related components
- Recharge AC systems with refrigerant and test system pressure and performance
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring, thermostats, and control systems
- Remove and replace defective parts and perform routine servicing
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the service shop
